a note about me //

I grew up in Atlanta and moved to California to make films. These days I split my time between Los Angeles and Rome, working as a director and editor on commercials, documentaries, and whatever else I find interesting.

I tend to gravitate torwards captivating people who have been doing something for a long time, places with a good story behind them, and traditions that have somehow stuck around. It's taken me from marble workshops in Carrara to golf courses in the middle of the United States.

When I'm not working, I'm usually watching old movies (*noirs and westerns are my favorite), reading classics, taking photographs, or walking around Rome.

Some of that ends up finding its way into the work. Some of it just ends up here.
